Very nice photos, especially the final. My mom was 48, and my dad was 56, and they had 2 adult children when I was born (btw, you posted your prom photo, I’m a little older than you, so you know this was before fertility treatments).
Well, perhaps the only one who got to know them as individuals as well as my parents, but not spoiled (because you must remember, my daddy was retired before I was a teenager) and didn't get away with anything, because they were elderly and unwell when I could/should have been rebellious. I had a lot of responsibility, there was more expected/required of me than the average person my age; the adult siblings (very selfishly) checked completely out (on the other hand, my kid is well-behaved, yet rotten... even as an adult).
Very interesting. My parents were a bit younger than yours when I came, so they still had some energy, but not enough to be overly involved in what I did. Thankfully, they were healthy and busy with their own interests. But I honestly could've used some more guidance. It's amazing how those experiences stay with us.

Wow! God bless your parents! I'm sure you were spoiled. With me, I think my parents were just tired, so I got away with a bunch of stuff. lol
